The staff at PFI precision exceeded expectations in all areas: stunningly rapid work from quoting to delivery; attention to details, initiative and savvy assistance (e.g. plating), which allowed to solve problems and rectify inaccuracies of which we were not aware; thorough communication about work progress and quality issues; commitment to fruitful partnership. And the icing on the cake: the lowest bid. All those qualities make PFI a vendor far superior to what we are used to, and can be summed up in one word: trustworthiness.

You may want to edit it to make it look less like you made it up, but really, if you dealt with our usual vendors, you would understand how much guys like you simplify our lives.
