PFI has been in a growth mode since 1966. Additionally, we have purchased 10 acres of land and currently on the drawing board is a 45,000 square foot facility.

Acme and Davenport Setup Technician - Set up people must be proficient with lean setups and a track record of continuous improvement. You will be operating in a positive team environment and will be a key player in the growth of the business unit. Work with a shop where the owners will listen to good ideas and will empower you to implement them quickly.

We are also looking for Multi-spindle Operators. Must have attention to detail, and good references.

CNC Turn / Mill - Unique day shift, 6 days off in a row. Never work any Sundays, The way it works: we work 3, 12 hr days (Thurs, Fri, & Sat.) one week then 3, 12 hr days the beginning of the next week, (Mon, Tues, & Wed) Then another dayshift team does the same shift rotation while your off 6 to 7 days in a row. The reason we say 6 or 7, there is still some OT on a day adjacent to your shift rotation and there is other voluntary over time. Many of us like to hunt, fish, backpack, mountain bike, travel ect. so these large blocks of time off are just awesome. We also have 2nd shift openings. This team works 4, 10 hr days Mon. - Thurs., with OT on Friday about 1/2 the time. This team gets a 20% wage premium. Some of the great things about PFI is we love to teach and see people grow to their fullest potential and we always try to promote from within. The owners are serious about staying in business and competing, but they still take time to know each employee and listen to their ideas, many of which get implimented and have cash rewards. Sales Coordinator - Responsible for new account development. Assist with prospecting, quoting, and performing customer liaison duties. May also help with marketing initiatives. Previous industrial sales experience required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Some experience with Access a plus. Degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field required. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. This position could be part time or full time.
