We utilize trusted sources to finish parts to print that provide a comprehensive range of finishing options and surface preparation capabilities. Electropolishing is available as well as a variety of plating finishes including black oxide, cadmium, chromate, copper, electroless nickel, gold, silver, rhodium, tin, and zinc. Powder coating and passivation techniques are available to provide protective finishes. Cold working techniques such as shot peening are also offered, and customers can call for deburring, surface grinding, shot blasting, and tumbling as well. Heat treatments are available for the alteration of chemical and mechanical metal properties, including annealing for improved ductility and internal stress relief. Anodizing is offered to provide increased corrosion resistance as well as a number of decorative effects. Also available are welding services, and press-fit assembly.
