Our greatest resources are our employees. It has been a time of transition since taking over running the company after Tom's unexpected death. We couldn't have made it through this transition without such an amazing workforce. I am truly honored to be in a position to lead such an innovative, committed and caring group of people.

Last year, Tom Janek's legacy was honored when PFI was named as a semi-finalist for the Goering Center's Private and Family Business Award . He was fervently committed to the development of his team. Tom believed that by investing in each employee, the company and customers would see the employee's investment back through increased quality and commitment.
