PFI Precision maintains an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility which is equipped with advanced machinery including 4-axis CNC machining centers. These systems are ideal for working with materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, carbon steel, and powdered metals, in sizes of up to 40” in length, 20” in width, and 15” in height, all to tolerances of ± 0.0005”.
Custom parts are created employing a variety of processes including milling, drilling, boring, threading, counterboring, countersinking, pocketing, and profiling. Parts are refined and finished according to customer requirements with our range of value added ancillary services, including heat treating, plating, anodizing, welding, grinding, tumbling, and assembly. Turnaround times are 2 to 4 weeks, with expedited services available.
