CNC TURNING SERVICES

At PFI Precision Machining we offer CNC turning and CNC Swiss machining services to customers in a range of industries including aerospace, automotive, medical, marine, and a myriad of other industrial clients. We effectively manipulate a variety of materials into customer specified configurations including stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, carbon steel, copper, Inconel®, powdered metals, titanium, and other exotic alloys. We can provide turning processes such as parting/cutting, facing, threading, drilling, boring, and broaching. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and contains CNC turning machines with 2, 4, and 7-axis capabilities, including a Tsugami CNC Swiss.

Parts are possible in diameters from 0.1875” (4.76mm) to 2” (50.8mm) utilizing thru spindle, and up to 8” in diameter (in chuck). Lengths from 0.100" (2.54mm) to 30" (762mm) can be reached, and the tightest tolerances of ± 0.0002” are met during manufacturing. Typical lead times are 2 to 4 weeks, depending on part design, with expedited services are available upon request.
